Hello! My name is Jessica Brown, and I am so excited to be teaching Math at Legend Springs this year!

I'm an Arizona native, but I spent the last 14 years in California. I'm thrilled to be back in Arizona and closer to family! I've always had a passion for working with children. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to mentor and teach students through Read Across America, participate in HOPE Youth Corps projects serving inner-city children in Chicago and Texas, and volunteer at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. These experiences have strengthened my love for working with students and supporting their growth.

When I'm not at school, you'll usually find me spending time with my ten-month-old Labrador Retriever, Cowboy, who is full of energy! I also enjoy visiting farmers markets, exploring art galleries, and staying active.

I look forward to an amazing school year and getting to know each of my students and their families. Go Leopards!
