Welcome to Kindergarten at Legend Springs!

I am excited about beginning my sixth year as a Legend Springs Leopard!  This year marks my 16th year of teaching.  All 16 years I have enjoyed teaching the primary grades (K-2).  My teaching degrees come from Northern Arizona University.  A Masters in Education in 2005 and a Bachelor's in Education in 2003.  Along with these degrees I have Educational Endorsements in Reading, Early Childhood, and English Language Learning.  I look forward to working with you and your child throughout the school year.

As a native of Arizona, I absolutely love everything the desert has to offer!  My husband, Drew, and I met in school at NAU and have just celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary.  We have two wonderful children and one ill-mannered dog.  Our son, Carter, is 13 years old and is attending Hillcrest Middle School as an 8th grader.  Our daughter, Savannah, is 11 years old and is a 5th grader here at Legend Springs. My kids are very active and take up most of my spare time.  I enjoy taking my dog for walks, golfing and  traveling with my family.  I am looking forward to starting another great year in kindergarten at Legend Springs!
