Welcome new leopards to Legend Springs! 

I am so excited about being your child's teacher this year!  This is my ninth year teaching, all of which has been in Kindergarten at Legend Springs; I graduated in May 2016 from Northern Arizona University with my Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood and SEI endorsement, and I am currently working towards my Gifted Education endorsement.  I had the pleasure of completing my student teaching at Legend Springs, as well, which allowed me to become familiar with the school, teachers and staff.  Prior to receiving my degree, I worked in different preschool settings for about fourteen years, Primrose School in Fletcher Heights most recently.  

My husband and I have been married for 14 years, we have three children, and a dog.  Our daughter Ashlei is a graduate of Northern Arizona University.  She has a degree in Visual Communication with a minor in Graphic Design.  Our son Connor loves working full time doing a/c work for a local company.  Our youngest son is Dawson, who is a junior at Mountain Ridge High School.

As a family, we love to spend our time camping, fishing, watching football, and my husband and I love to attend concerts (mainly country music).  Another favorite activity we enjoy weekly is our Friday night pizza and movie night at home with occasional game nights.  I love to bake and my husband loves to grill and use his smoker, so we are always trying new recipes, usually from my love of Pinterest. 

I am so excited to be at Legend Springs, and to be a part of a wonderful team of educators.  I look forward to meeting the students, and having a fun, outstanding, and successful school year!!
